Scientific Milestone Award for Philipp Velicky
Philipp Velicky, the head of the Imaging Unit of the Core Facilities, has been awarded the “Scientific Milestone Award of the 2024 Exner Lectures” of the Wilhelm Exner Medaillen Stiftung for the development of a novel microscopy technique that enables a dense 4D nanoscale reconstruction of living brain tissue. The paper has recently been published in the top journal Nature Methods.
